We did our homework by candlelight during the 14-hour power cuts of the 2010s. Tejilo started with one promise: no Nepali family should have to plan their evening around the electricity schedule again.
Today we’re a team of 38 electrical engineers, installers and support staff. We design every system ourselves, install with our own crews and answer the phone ourselves, in Nepali or English.

About working with us.
Which areas do you cover?
Our own crews work across Kathmandu valley, Pokhara, Chitwan, Butwal and the eastern Terai. For other districts we travel for commercial and off-grid projects.
Do I need permission from my landlord or the municipality?
Rooftop systems on your own building don’t need a building permit. For rented property we provide a consent letter template for the owner.
What if I move house?
We can move your system to the new roof for a fixed fee, usually less than 10% of the original price.
How do I pay?
30% when you sign, 60% on installation and 10% after switch-on, or through one of our partner banks’ solar loans.
